Shipping Policy

At Culinary Corner Co., we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST: Ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST: Ship the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays: Ship the next business day

During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

USPS Priority Mail3-5 business days
USPS First Class Mail5-7 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $35 qualify for free USPS Priority shipping
  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for orders under $35

4. Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Estimated delivery times are:

  • East Coast: 2-3 business days
  • Midwest: 3-4 business days
  • West Coast: 4-5 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5-7 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at USPS.com. If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

7. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your property for a safe drop location
  3. Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number
  4. If still not located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We will work with USPS to locate your package. If confirmed lost by USPS, we will issue a replacement or refund.

8. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High-volume shipping periods (holidays)
  • Address errors or delivery restrictions

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
