Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at contact@culinarycorner.site or call +1 830 217 7919 with your order number.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Send a replacement item at no additional charge, or
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging when you contact us.
5. Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will:
- Investigate the shipment status with the carrier
- File a claim if necessary
- Issue a replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you via email within 2 business days of receiving your return
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
7. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for defective items. If you received a defective product, we will replace it with the same item at no cost. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale"
9. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or damaged items: We pay return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Incorrect item sent: We pay return shipping and send correct item
