Orders & Shipping
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at USPS.com. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Yes! All orders over $35 qualify for free USPS Priority shipping. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to international addresses.
We can only change your shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Contact us immediately at contact@culinarycorner.site. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Contact us at contact@culinarycorner.site or call +1 830 217 7919 with your order number. We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping. We will also provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
